 
Total Body exercise is a safe and highly effective way to stretch, strengthen and streamline your body without building bulk or stressing your joints. The class also includes a Cardio component, strength training and a focus on abs. All Fitness levels are welcome!

Monday and Wednesday 9:00am – 10:00am Friday – 8:45am – 9:45am
Cost: $130 1 day a week $260 for 2 or more days a week
Bring a water bottle, exercise mat, small towel and one set of weights (3lb -10lb)
