Banquet Hall

• $75/hr BGCA Members
• $85/hr Outside groups
• $850.00 Event rental includes use of Hall, Kitchen & Bar for 12 hours
• 2466 sq/ft with 777 sq/ft stage
• 150 banquet seating or 200 theatre seating
• 50% deposit required at time of booking.  Cancellation of booked dates made less than 90 days prior will result in the forfeit on the damage deposit.
• Rental balance will be payable within 7 days of rental date.
• Groups are responsible for their own set up and take down
• Renters must have liability insurance
• Inclusions:  Tables,  chairs, use of kitchen & bar.
• Restrictions:  Tablecloths must be ordered 2 weeks in advance

Homestead Room

• $30/hr
• 30 banquet seating, 40 - 50 theatre seating, 20 board seating w/tables & chairs
• Inclusions:  Tables & chairs
• Restrictions:  Table cloths need to be ordered 2 weeks in advance, meetings only, NO SPORTS

Gymnasium

• $50/BGCA members
• $60/hr Outside groups
• 7000 square feet
• Groups are responsible to bring their own equipment
• Gym is only for sports and recreational activities
• Groups must have liability insurance

Dance Studio

• $30/hr
• 1100 sq/ft

Meeting Room

• $20/hr
• 12 board seating
